See our parts/service assistant at the fron of our store and you will be assisted in making up a repair order. Leave your boat with all valuables removed, including gps units, fishing gear, coolers etc. Leave keys in ignition or glovebox, remove drain plug. Our service assistant will show you where to park your boat. Use caution while on the property as there are many boats parked here. Thank You.

Strack's provides a 90 day service warranty on all work performed to your boat/engine. 90 days. No exceptions. Strack's does not warranty any fuel related problems due to ethenol or water in the fuel. We do not warranty gummed up fuel systems/ and or/ water/ corrosion damaged fuel systems. We recommend using fuel additives regularly and running engine regularly.

Strack's is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen items, including your boat. No Exceptions. We ask and recommend that you carry insurance on your boat and your property at all times. Strack's is not liable for any type of weather related damages including but not limited to wind, water, fire, and ice. We recommend you leave the boat uncovered as most covers hold water and can cause damages. Thank You.

Please note: We provide a 10 day grace period for you to make arrangements to pickup and pay for your boat repairs. after 10 days, a $10.00 per day storage fee will be added to your bill. We need space. Thank You.

Our service writer will contact you with the best possible estimate. Please be advised we require a 50% deposit in order to begin repairs on your boat.
